A 13th birthday party for a little girl named Laci today over in Olbury. The theme was neon and bright colours, and i was given free reign to create the display.
It’s always nice when people give me free reign, it allows me to create whatever i want – this is the result.
How good does this display look, complete with 260 neon balloons, lots of different varieties of standard bright colour balloons and a Let’s Party neon sign. I think it’s all ready to get the music started!
