Audio Guestbook Drapes
I currently have 4x different colour drapes for our audio guestbook: Burgundy, Ivory, Gold & Pink. You are free to choose one of our colour drapes or i can source other colour drape material to suit your decor for just £30. I would just need a picture of the colour you were looking for, and i will match it best i can.
How Does It Work ?
Our new Audio Guest Book works very simply. All guests have to do is pick up the receiver like a regular telephone and a welcome message will play.
Your guests will leave a message after the beep, which will automatically be recorded once the handset has been replaced.
This resets the phone ready for the next user.
Everything else is taken care of, super simple, super cool.
The Process
- The price to hire our Audio Guestbook is just £150 total.
- Choose from one of our beautiful telephones below: White, Pink or Vintage.
- You can then choose from one of our standard “in-house” welcome messages. Or you can record your own welcome message and have it added to our audio guestbook system (£20 charge).
- We will then deliver and fully set up the audioguest book at a time to suit you.
- After your event we will dismantle and collect the audio guest book from the venue.
- We will then provide you with a link to download your audio files and provide you with a complimentary Light Up Event Hire Audio Guestbook USB stick, which will contain all your audio files from the night. This will be delivered via post within 7-14 days. So you can keep forever & never lose them!.

Audio Guest Book Recordings
Take a listen to our in-house, pre-recorded audio guest book welcome messages. You can choose any of these pre-recorded messages to be your welcome message, or you can choose to record your own audio message which we will add to our audio guest book.
This means your guests can be welcomed via your own voice. Or if you have a corporate event, you can record a corporate message specifically for your guests. There is a £20 charge for adding your own welcome message to our system.

Audio Guestbook With Balloons + £150
If you would like to add more theatre to your audio guest book hire, we can add balloons in the colours of your choice.
These can either match the decor of your venue to tie in with your wedding theme or completely different to stand out and make an real impact display.
Just £150 extra to add a balloon display, with balloon clusters, mini balloon garlands and a few well chosen flower accents.
