Light up number 21 out at Bantu Restaurant in birmingham tonight for the sister of Catherine. No balloons from yours truly, but Catherine and her friends were having fun with the confetti ones popping on them.. lol.
We went with a subtle orange colour light up numbers to go with the balloons and lighting in the venue, once the balloons are finished im sure it will look lovely.
