Done quite a few miles driving this week, across to Derby, up to Manchester and back twice and then driving locally for weekend jobs. I don’t usually travel too far, but for specific jobs I will.
First job this week saw me travel to Derby for a returning corporate customer for East Midlands Airport who had an event at Amalfi White in Derby, celebrating 60 years in business. I supplied 6x large helium clusters in white & gold, to help decorate the space.
Tuesday saw me travel to the Lowry hotel in Manchester for TJX corporation who owns TKmax amongst other subsidiaries. I was asked to provide light up letters TJX for a 2 day presentation, which meant I had to drive back up on Thursday to collect. It wouldn’t of been too bad except my sat nav took me for an 1hr10min detour around Oldham, for no apparent reason, lol.
Saturday saw me closer to home, first at the Bridgetown social club for a classic half arch balloon display and set of number 40 lights. And last but not least saw me at the Royal British Legion in Wednesfield for a set of light up number 30 lights.
A quiet week all in, but happy to have a bit of down time as im flat out with bookings from next week until August. So if anyone would like any event décor, it’s best to message and book in asap, space is very limited.
